Cancellation policy
We understand that there are times when you have to miss an appointment due to illness, emergencies or work or family obligations.
However, if you do not call in time to cancel or reschedule the appointment, we will not have sufficient time to change the doctor or therapist's agenda. You will understand that this increases operating costs and we will not be able to see another client at that time.
Unfortunately, it often happens that a client stays away from an appointment without timely notice to the Van Lennep Clinic. At the Van Lennep Clinic, we are constantly working to improve our quality, service and care.
When clients let us know in time that they are unable to make the appointment, we keep the waiting times short, the client and therapists happy.
For this reason, we use a stay-away rate for not cancelling or staying away from the appointment on time.
You can always cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge 48 hours in advance.
Rules:
• No show rate appointment: If the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, a price of €50 will be charged.
